Please send a logo (highest quality you have and I’ll adjust as needed to fit the image requirements), and an organizational description (up to 4000 characters). You can also include various social media and links for your organization, including: web site, privacy policy, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube (channel or video), and/or Facebook.
Your sponsor information will be placed in the [Academic or Community] category of the event.
You as the Partner/Sponsor representative get a free admission to the conference; please ensure I have your Zoom account email address, if different.
Sponsor Tier Ranges & Benefits
Sponsor information appears in the event’s Lobby under the Partners tab. Additional sponsor visibility will appear in the opening video in each region’s Block 1 and Block 3 sessions.*
Discount Codes
The price for attendees varies by country. Full price in USD is $40, but the price set for Japan as an example for $25 USD (converted to local currency if needed at time of registration). For all partner/sponsors, I create a 50% discount code with unlimited use by members of your organization, which you may freely disseminate to all associates.
PDF Documents
You can send me PDF document with information for attendees to download, up to 15MB each. For an example, take a look at the event landing page, scroll down to the Strategic Partners near the bottom, and click on the Planetary Health Alliance logo. In the pop-up information window, scroll down to see their downloadable “Planet-Saving Meals Cookbook”. Several PDFs can be listed, for any related topic, including organizational/institutional promotion material, if desired. PDF Limits: Tier 1, 5 documents; Tier 2, 10 documents; Tier 3, 15 documents.
Other Opportunities
There are a few additional options for exposure and participation. You can provide a brief video of be a part of the Block 2 Sponsor/Exhibitor Hour (1-2 minutes, or if you prefer a longer presentation, you can provide a video up to 30 minutes to be shown in its own Webinar session (shown unattended); this would be scheduled concurrently with the Exhibitor Hour in your Region’s Block 2 time, and all registrants can watch the recording at their leisure. Alternatively, a “live presentation” can be scheduled for a $100 USD additional production fee, and you’d be assigned a Zoom Host to manage your session.
