One of the big advantages of having a global event is that we’re able to schedule sessions at times appropriate for everyone all around the world.
But the disadvantage is that time zones vary all over the world, and not in sync with one another. Event producers and hosts have a difficult time nailing down the time of your session for you. But the Zoom Events platform, on which the Virtual Global Nursing Conference is based, will tell you exactly when your session is scheduled to start. All you need do is view the schedule from your device (PC, Mac, tablet, or smart phone) and locate your session.
Here’s the link to the event landing page: https://nurcon26.NursingConference.Global
Scroll down until you see the Sessions listing:

In the sessions listing you will see groups of 3 session blocks which are repeated for each of the following regions:
- Western Pacific (includes Oceania)
- Europe
- North America
- Southeast Asia
- Africa & Middle East
- Latin America & Caribbean
Locate the 3 session blocks for your region. North America is show here as an example:

Each session block includes a start and end time appropriate for you, based on the time settings of your device, highlighted here with the green boxes.
Attendees will want to arrive at the start of the 2-hour Block 1 session, where the event partner sponsors will provide an interesting overview of planetary health initiatives and concerns.
Sponsors and other exhibitors will be on board for the 1-hour Block 2 session, where attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about nursing educational institutions and a wide range of nursing community and membership organizations.
Regional presenters will speak during the 2-hour Block 3 session, and attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions of the panelists and presenters.
